George Quinn Ltd is currently seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our in house small, friendly team on a part-time basis in Monaghan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This is a part-time position working 24 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management.
  • Process sales orders and organise deliveries.
  • Respond to sales queries via phone and email.
  • Resolve account queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Match incoming payments to outstanding invoices and allocate them accurately.
  • Assist in processing supplier invoices.
  • Support financial reporting and other administrative functions as required.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Outgoing and approachable personality.
  • Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient with computers; experience using accounting software such as Exchequer is an advantage.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A reliable team player who is also comfortable working independently.
  • Flexible and willing to assist colleagues across various tasks as needed.
