Based in Dublin this role includes:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized work environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documentation
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Support HR tasks including onboarding, attendance records, and staff documentation
- Draft reports, letters, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with office management software
- Customer service experience (Preferred)
Working Conditions
Part-time (20hrs)
Office-based role
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.15 per hour
