The role of Office Administrator is to oversee day to day office duties including but not limited to invoicing, customer service, administrative support, customer orders, fleet administration and keeping relevant systems up to date.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing day to day book-keeping and accounts
- Setting up suppliers on relevant systems
- Provide administrative support to customer orders
- Monitor and update systems in relation to fleet
- Adhere to all company management systems
- Payee setup
- Coordinating employee training and records
- Lead ad-hoc projects
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Invoice preparation
- Undertake any other reasonable work as required.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration
- Minimum 1 years' experience in accounting or similar
- Relevant 3rd level degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Hold the Right to Work in Ireland
- Full clean Driver's Licence
- Experience in the Transport Industry an advantage
- Accounting technical level an advantage
