As the Office Administrator within our Michael Hill Tuggerah team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the store team while helping our customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

Located in Westfield Tuggerah, our store is a vibrant and fast-paced environment where you’ll work alongside a passionate and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About you

  • A positive, proactive, and helpful approach to supporting both the team and customers
  • Strong administration skills (ideally within a retail environment)
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and follow through
  • Confidence communicating with customers, team members, and suppliers both in-store and over the phone
  • Available to work 12-15 hours per week with specific availability on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

What will you be doing?

As our Retail Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Financial and accounts management
  • Banking and petty cash handling
  • Invoice processing
  • Stock receiving, transfers, and returns
  • Repairs coordination
  • Filing, mail, and insurance administration
  • Stocktake processing and more
