About the Role

Based at Liberty Industrial's Perth Office in Osborne Park, the Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and providing administrative assistance across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing front-of-house reception duties and welcoming visitors.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Timely coordination of staff travel bookings, including flights and accommodation.
  • Supporting project teams with the onboarding and mobilisation of new and transferring employees.
  • Coordinating office supplies and facilities.
  • Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and record management.
  • Ensuring all systems are meticulously maintained and updated.
  • Supporting finance related tasks including credit card tracking, raising purchase orders, and procurement activities.
What You'll Bring:
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A positive, professional, and can-do attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week from the office in Osborne Park.
  • Superb organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle a varied workload and multiple priorities.
Nice to have:
  • Experience using NetSuite or similar procurement and business systems.
  • Previous travel coordination experience.
  • Prior experience in an office administration or reception role.
