Office Administrator

Office Administrator Required

This is full-time role (39 hours per week) Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties using Sage 50 and other accounts administration for Credit Controller.
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel is essential, a knowledge of Sage 50 bookkeeping would be useful however training can be provided.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is critical to this role.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Professional approach, demonstrating and leading the highest levels of ethics, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
  • Excellent timing keeping.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and post as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Include coordinating office maintenance, managing office supplies, bookkeeping using Sage 50 and a knowledge of wages. (Training when required).

Organizing and maintaining files and records. Ensuring that documents are properly labelled, stored, and easily accessible when needed. This includes both physical files as well as digital records. Must have excellent organizational skills to keep track of various documents efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €120.00-€130.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
