Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the efficient operation of a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors for facility-related issues.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
