Office Administrator

Duties will include:

  • Handling email and phone inquiries
  • Making Daily sales calls to new and existing customers.
  • Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
  • Reconciling accounts.
  • Being familiar with Procure wizard is an advantage.
  • General day to day running of an office.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Knowledge of Word Programs essential.
  • Social Media updates
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, data entry)
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €27,000.00-€41,831.31 per year
