Work Schedule: (Full time) Mon-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
The Employee agrees to serve in the role of office Administrator and Accounts Payable Specialist. The employee's primary responsibilities shall include, but not limited to the following:
-Compile and enter accounts payable data into the company's accounting system
-Reconcile payments against purchase orders
-maintain accurate recurring receivables schedules
-complete various month-end and year-end reconciliations
-Collaborate with project management and construction teams to support customer needs
-Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
-Research and resolve customer or client discrepancies and concerns
-Provide customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
-Compile and enter payroll data into the companies accounting system
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
-Ordering office supplies
The employee shall perform these duties to the best of their abilities and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
