Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
  • Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate product information, pricing, and quotes.
  • Process and manage customer orders using Sage Business Vision.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
  • Provide tracking updates to both customers and sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Analyze customer sales data and trends.
  • Handle the scheduling, logistics, and management of all trade shows

Profile / Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
  • Supervisory experience and proven leadership abilities are an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and skilled in critical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Concord, ON L4K 3N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
