We are a growing industrial refrigeration service company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and has strong experience in dispatching, invoicing, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch service technicians and manage daily schedules
- Prepare, process, and track customer invoices
- Handle accounts receivable, collections, and credit follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories
- Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting functions
- Manage office administration and filing systems
- Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management
- Assist with monthly reporting and job costing as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong background in dispatching, invoicing, and collections
- Experience with bookkeeping and accounting
- Office administration experience in a service-based business
- Collections & Credit Management Certificate (or equivalent training)
- Proficiency in accounting/dispatch software (QuickBooks, Jobber, or similar)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
