We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls and email queries from customers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Coordinate logistics, including booking taxis, couriers, handling order fulfilment and managing post
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems.
  • Provide customer care support, handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist sales, operations, and production departments with administrative tasks.
  • Process loyalty and promotional fulfilment requests with precision.
  • Ensure smooth office operations with general administrative support.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the business.
  • Handle flight bookings and online check ins.
  • Gift Card fulfilment.
  • Handle client brand approvals.
  • Supplier requirement.
  • Prepare Pro Formas.
  • Recruiting new partner’s whoopee! and Gift House.

Skills & Requirements

  • Min 1 year of experience in office administration and customer care.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling phone and email interactions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and take initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with a customer-focused approach.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €27,000.00 per year
