Role: Office Manager – Operations & Culture
Location: Pune
Experience: 4–8 years
About the Role
We are looking for a highly responsible and ownership-driven Office Manager who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations while building a disciplined, positive, and accountable work environment.
This is not a coordination role. This role requires someone who can take charge, solve problems, and drive execution without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Operations Management
- Ensure seamless functioning of the office with zero disruption
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, IT coordination, and overall workplace readiness
- Manage vendors and ensure quality, cost efficiency, and accountability
- Maintain and track all company assets
2. Process & SOP Implementation
- Create, implement, and monitor SOPs across departments
- Ensure adherence to processes and reduce dependency on individuals
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
3. Team Discipline & Work Environment
- Maintain office discipline, structure, and a positive work culture
- Reduce unnecessary escalations and improve internal coordination
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
4. Leadership Coordination
- Manage directors’ schedules, follow-ups, and internal coordination
- Ensure priorities are executed without repeated reminders
5. HR & Administrative Support
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR processes
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Maintain employee records and compliance

- High ownership: Works independently and ensures closure
- Strong follow-up: Gets things done without constant supervision
- Problem-solving mindset: Brings solutions, not just problems
- Process-driven: Builds systems, not chaos
- Assertive communication: Can push when required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Office Administration / Operations
- Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and office systems
- Experience in implementing processes and improving efficiency
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and taking decisions
What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)
- Office runs smoothly without leadership intervention
- Key operational gaps identified and fixed
- Minimum 3–5 SOPs implemented and followed
- Reduction in daily escalations and dependency
Important Note

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
