Overview:
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our professional beauty and spa brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service, sales support, order processing, stock coordination, and dispatch administration, ensuring a smooth experience for our beauty salon, spa and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as required.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other administrative documentation.
  • Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries with courier companies.
  • Monitor order status and communicate shipping updates to customers.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and account administration.
  • Maintain an organised office environment and filing system.
  • Handle general administrative duties and office correspondence.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within the beauty, cosmetics or spa/wellness sector is desirable
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and order management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: €34,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
