Full time office administrator/care coordinator position available in our Galway office.
Right at Home; we have an excellent supportive and genuine team both in our office and out on the road available to our carers and clients.
The role requires you to ensure that all customer care packages are provided for at the highest level. It will require you to assist with client inquiries efficiently. You will have responsibility for supporting a team of carers, liaising with them on a daily basis in order to create working schedules. Provide administrative support and participate in all aspects of daily running of the office. A major part of the role is to schedule our carers weekly with their clients.
The ability to work unsupervised is of high importance in this fast-paced role.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent organisational abilities.

- Efficiency
- Effective communication skills
- IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team

Pay: €33,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
