Office Assistant

Candidate with 1-2 years experience

Proper and systematic filing of office documents and maintenance and upkeep of files

Maintaining and updating stationary stock list

Upkeeping of officeIn charge of conference room arrangements for meetings

Monitoring and overseeing transfer of inward to concerned people and obtaining signature

In charge of documents to be photocopied

Provide assistance to JOMS as and when required

Front office management in the absence of EAA

Maintenance of file and record of the Office

Inward register management (scan, write, circulation, filing)

Handling of Reference and Message Register (data entry, excel updation, written)

Responsible for the effective support to all the staff

Responsible for the appearance and upkeep of the Office

To maintain all documents and files related to the office

To scan inward documents ensure all necessary documents are timely filed in their corresponding files

To ensure proper storage and stacking of file, maintaining the file list and up keeping of the file Room

To issue file required by authorised staff and receiving and placing it back in the file room

To purchase and issue stationary items (reorder qnty checking, receive request from site and office)

To order printing items like vouchers, gate pass, yellow and white book pad, letter head and continuation sheet

To moniter the movement of document, files,books and periodicals

To operate the photocopier machine and maintain service and AMC

To provide support service to all staff at the office in efficient discharge of their function and in dealing with Office Visitors

To ensure all areas and equipment in the branch are kept neat and clean

To monitor and economize the consumption of power in the Office

To manage the front Office In the absence of front Office staff and assist

To manage the Job of Office Supervisor during his absence as determined by the department Head

To open the Office in the morning well in time and get it cleaned by the cleaning staff and closing after all staff leaves the Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office management: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
