Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs (such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Odoo ERP systems.
Priority will be give to those with experience in data entry, handling a FIFO inventory management system, and office administrative tasks.
Candidates need to have the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills as you will be answering phones and taking orders.
- The ability to lift 50lbs, as you will be assisting in the filling and shipping of orders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Works well individually or in a team environment.
- Must have experience working with the Odoo ERP system,
- Proficient typing skills and ability to navigate various computer software applications.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work independently with guidance.
- Willingness to assist in multiple office duties as needed.
Wages are negotiable at time of interview.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
- Odoo ERP System: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
