Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs (such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Odoo ERP systems.

Priority will be give to those with experience in data entry, handling a FIFO inventory management system, and office administrative tasks.

Candidates need to have the following skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills as you will be answering phones and taking orders.
  • The ability to lift 50lbs, as you will be assisting in the filling and shipping of orders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Works well individually or in a team environment.
  • Must have experience working with the Odoo ERP system,
  • Proficient typing skills and ability to navigate various computer software applications.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and work independently with guidance.
  • Willingness to assist in multiple office duties as needed.

Wages are negotiable at time of interview.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Education:

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

  • Odoo ERP System: 1 year (required)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)

Location:

  • Thunder Bay, ON P7B 4A6 (required)

Work Location: In person
