Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, front desk operations, and ensuring smooth office functioning. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A background in customer service or clerical work is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide customer support via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions.
  • Support office management duties, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes.

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative experience is required.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are necessary for success in this role.
