Office-Based Sales Representative
Location: Dublin 24 (Reliable transport required; not on an immediate bus route)
Base Salary: €31,000.00 – €34,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission (OTE €43,500) + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday – Friday)

Our client is a growing, family-run cleaning business that offers quality window-cleaning and gutter cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. The company is built on professionalism, quality service, and a supportive workplace culture. They are expanding our office team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain excellent customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
• Quotations: Manage inquiries and provide accurate quotes and proposals.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with field teams and support management with sales reporting.
• Relationship Management: Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction and follow-up.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong phone presence.
• Tech-Savvy: Competent with computers and basic office software.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required—full support and training provided.
