Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing general office support, maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, including desks, pantry, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery as needed.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching courier and mail.
- Run errands such as bank deposits, office supply purchases, or deliveries.
- Support administrative staff in basic clerical work when required.
- Ensure pantry supplies, drinking water, and stationery are always available.
- Follow company rules, maintain discipline, and ensure a professional attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: 10th pass (12th preferred).
- Basic communication skills (reading and writing).
- Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in office support or housekeeping roles (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
