Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facility. This role is vital in ensuring that all workspaces, common areas, and facilities are kept in pristine condition, promoting a healthy and productive atmosphere for staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure they remain spotless and well-maintained
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly throughout the facility
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks including dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and sanitizing high-touch areas
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes, break rooms, and conference rooms for a hygienic environment
• Assist with light custodial tasks such as minor repairs or furniture rearrangement when necessary

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on commercial or office environments
• Strong knowledge of custodial procedures including floor care techniques like buffing and stripping
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners effectively
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning supplies and safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks comfortably

Pay: $14.00 - $25.53 per hour
