They are seeking a senior-level Office & Client Relations Manager who will play a pivotal role in their operations, ensuring impeccable service and smooth event execution. Your Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison for distinguished clients, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
- Manage client communications with professionalism, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.
- Oversee relationships with high-profile clients, strengthening partnerships with grace and precision.
Event Management & Operations
- Lead the organization and execution of prestigious auction events, ensuring smooth logistics and attention to detail.
- Recruit, train, and coordinate temporary staff for event support.
- Manage pre- and post-event processes, including invoicing, payments, consignor statements, and export coordination.
- Availability for occasional travel to support events or key client engagements when required.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team to handle financial reporting and operations.
Office Management
- Ensure efficient office operations, including supply management, filing, archiving, and handling mail and dispatches.
- Proactively maintain and improve organizational processes to support a high-functioning team.
Your Profile
- Near-native proficiency in German and fluent English are mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience handling high-profile clients with tact, discretion, and professionalism.
- Comfortable with a 100% on-site role and a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Solid professional background, ideally in luxury, finance, or exclusive client-facing industries, with a senior-level understanding of operations and client relations.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex tasks under pressure. Strong ICT and MS Office proficiency.
- A proactive and independent thinker with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
