Lead Coordinator
As a Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of blue grey collar job placements. You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal team members to ensure successful job matches and placements.

As a Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of blue grey collar job placements. You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal team members to ensure successful job matches and placements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in appropriate roles
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to candidates throughout the placement process

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in blue grey collar recruitment is a plus
