About The Role
We’re looking for highly motivated and proactive individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Office Coordinator based in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible work arrangement while making a meaningful impact on office administration and employee experience.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include
- Oversee general office and administrative duties, including managing office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and services.
- Coordinate office lease arrangements and handle all administrative tasks related to office management.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained in optimal working condition.
- Develop, communicate, and implement office operations and procedures to support seamless daily functioning.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, including interviews.
- Support a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist and coordinate company events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.
About You
- At least 3 years of administrative and office management roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support a dynamic team.
- Prior experience in a start-up environment is an advantage.
Work Arrangement
- Part-time role: 24 hours per week.
- Work schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, specific days of the week to be determined later.
- On-site work arrangement.
