Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Work Orders:

Create, issue, and manage work orders based on project or maintenance requirements.

2. Coordinate with Departments:

Liaise with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to collect required job details.

3. Documentation:

Ensure accurate entry of job scope, materials, labor, and timelines in the work order system.

4. Track Work Order Status:

Monitor the progress of open work orders and ensure timely completion and closure.

5. Update Records:

Maintain records of completed work orders for auditing and reporting purposes.

6. Prioritize Jobs:

Organize and prioritize work orders based on urgency and importance.

7. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure work orders meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

8. Reporting:

Generate regular reports on work order status, delays, and completion trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
