Office Manager – Advanced Tire Recycling (Trenton, FL)
Full-Time | Immediate Opening
Advanced Tire Recycling is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office, financial, and HR operations. This position plays a key role in supporting company leadership, maintaining compliance, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The goal is for the office manager to act as an operational lead, ensuring all managers are aligned on company goals and policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and financial records
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation
- Implement company policies and enforce workplace standards
- Process daily sales totals and prepare bank deposits
- Manage online bill payments
- Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping and reporting
- Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system and handling all payment types efficiently
- Provide strategic oversight of department managers to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Strengthen team dynamics through active monitoring of departmental managers and facilitating cross-departmental communication
Requirements
- Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or similar role
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and online banking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Processing for spreadsheet creation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional discretion with sensitive information
- HR and payroll experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communicator with analytical skills for reaching short- and long-term business goals
- Able to assess opportunities and communicate effectively to meet company targets
