Overview
We are a small company currently looking for a multi talented person for a duel position . We are seeking someone who is interested in all aspect of design for kitchens and bath, who can locate the products required in the brief from the client within budget constraints . This same person must have a good knowledge of accounting practices to take over the bookeeper role to include payroll cash management , budgeting, and data entry. The selected individual must be capable of working alone most of the time and must be extremely organized.
We are a growing company if selected you will play a intregal roll in the growth of our business
Responsibilities
- Communicate between our current 3 teams in the field
- Locate and aquire products from suppliers to complete projects
- Keep staff on a strict timeliness
- Manage budgets
- Aid and help direct clients in product choices
- Be open to learning new computer software

- Skills
- Working with quickbooks type accounting software
- Working with kitchen design software
- Strong willed and able to help make decisions
- Able to work alone or as part of a small team
- Able to deal with building permits and inspectors

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
