Job Description and Requirements:
This position is for Calgary & surroundings.
Be part of one of fastest growing Renovation Company. We proactively focus on kitchens and bathrooms but do have team/network to deliver other aspects of interior renovations like flooring, wall removals, finishings etc.
- Order Management & Processing
- Create and manage order sheets based on finalized designs and sales agreements
- Review orders for accuracy (materials, finishes, quantities)
- Track order status from placement to delivery
- Coordinate with designers to clarify specifications
- Lead & CRM Management
- Maintain and update the company’s online lead management/CRM system
- Get updates from Designers, Sales team and project manager and ensure its updated in online system.
- Generate pipeline and conversion reports
- Place orders with suppliers and vendors
- Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on delays
- Reporting & AdministrationPrepare sales, operations, project end and pipeline reports
- Presentations & DocumentationPrepare internal presentations
- Assist designers with documentation when needed
- Office Coordination
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
- Improve and streamline internal processes and workflows
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in office management, order coordination, or operations
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (hubspot etc) and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelors Degree or relevant certification (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in kitchen/bathroom renovations or construction industry is preferred but not mandatoryInterpersonal skillsSelection
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $54,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
