Job Description and Requirements:

This position is for Calgary & surroundings.

Be part of one of fastest growing Renovation Company. We proactively focus on kitchens and bathrooms but do have team/network to deliver other aspects of interior renovations like flooring, wall removals, finishings etc.

  • Order Management & Processing
  • Create and manage order sheets based on finalized designs and sales agreements
  • Review orders for accuracy (materials, finishes, quantities)
  • Track order status from placement to delivery
  • Coordinate with designers to clarify specifications
  • Lead & CRM Management
  • Maintain and update the company’s online lead management/CRM system
  • Get updates from Designers, Sales team and project manager and ensure its updated in online system.
  • Generate pipeline and conversion reports
  • Place orders with suppliers and vendors
  • Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on delays
  • Reporting & AdministrationPrepare sales, operations, project end and pipeline reports
  • Presentations & DocumentationPrepare internal presentations
  • Assist designers with documentation when needed
  • Office Coordination
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations
  • Improve and streamline internal processes and workflows

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, order coordination, or operations
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (hubspot etc) and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Bachelors Degree or relevant certification (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in kitchen/bathroom renovations or construction industry is preferred but not mandatoryInterpersonal skillsSelection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Process driven and organized

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
