Job Title: Office Manager/Dispatcher
Location: Minturn, CO
Wage Range: $25-35/hourly
Job Description:
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Office Manager to join our team. Must have experience in customer service. This position is responsible for receiving phone calls, and in-person customer inquiries. You must be organized and capable of retaining information. This position will be responsible for organizing and dispatching work orders and function as a liaison between customers and service technicians. A positive and personable attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts, delays, or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively between field technicians, customers and management.
- Manage Sundance resources effectively and efficiently.
- Keep office organized and stocked.
- Help with on-boarding new hires in office procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service.
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, ensuring you can perform the duties of the job.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.27 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
