The Role
This is a hands-on role with two main parts:

- Office and team management: you will oversee the day-to-day running of the office and stores. You will manage our sales team and work closely with our Store Manager, making sure everyone is meeting their responsibilities and that customers get a reliable service.
You will also have the chance to improve how we work, putting in place effective office and purchasing processes that support our customers and our continued growth.
