This opportunity is ideal for students in business or office administration programs looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with document scanning, filing, and archiving.
- Support office operations including supply management, mail distribution, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to recordkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Provide reception relief/coverage (lunch, EDOs, vacation, sick time).
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding records and administrative support.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity across all recordkeeping activities.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business Administration, Office Management, or related field).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with document management systems is an asset.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
