Preet Vihar office (New Delhi)

6-day working schedule

₹25,000 – 30,000 per month

3–5 years of experience.

Full-Time, Office-based job.

Note: Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Job Description:

Real Estate company is looking for a smart and experienced Senior Office Sales Coordinator (Female Only) to manage sales operations, documentation, vendor coordination, and cross-department communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage Sales Performa Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), Quotations, and Sales Reports.
  • Maintain and update sales data using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards, data formatting).
  • Coordinate with the sales team, accounts, procurement, logistics, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with vendors for pricing, availability, order follow-ups, and timely deliveries.
  • Draft professional business emails, maintain documentation, and manage internal communication.
  • Track sales leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team with documentation and scheduling.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and assist in sales forecasting.
  • Maintain filing systems, vendor records, and sales databases for audit and reporting.
  • Handle customer follow-ups, enquiry responses, and after-sales coordination.
  • Support management in administrative tasks and sales back-office operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (age 24–38 preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience as Sales Coordinator / Office Coordinator / Back Office Executive / Sales Support Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Sales Proforma, PI/PO creation, vendor management, and office coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi with strong email drafting ability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong sales operational understanding.
