Job Overview
We are actively seeking a full-time versatile entry level Office Support, Sales and Small Engine Repair Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a mix of sales aptitude, technical curiosity, and administrative skills. While prior experience in sales or office administration (like QuickBooks) is a plus, we provide training for the right candidate who is eager to learn. If you're a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, is good working with small engines, we encourage you to apply. This position requires very strong organizational skills, effective time management, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously. QuickBooks Online, Outlook email and Google Calendar, Docs and Sheets are required skills. Generator or hot tub industry experience are beneficial but can be trained.
Generator Pro is an authorized sales and service center for Kohler, Generac and Briggs & Stratton brands including portable, home standby and commercial generators. Located in Nashua NH, we have been in business for nearly two decades serving greater southern NH and northern, MA. We are proud members of both the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and Nashua BNI (Business Network Industry). We make it easy for our customers, handling everything from site prep, delivery, installation and ongoing preventive maintenance, service and warranty repairs. We service everything we sell.
Spa Guy provides sales and service for Softub brand hot tubs since 2007. Unlike traditional fiberglass hot tubs , Softub's are portable and can easily be moved from location to location. Spa Guy serves customers throughout New England.
This position will assist with both companies as needed, between 2 locations, both in Nashua.
Duties for the position include but are not limited to managing daily transactions, processing orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, answering phones, scheduling appointments, providing outstanding customer service, receiving deliveries, managing projects and scheduling staff for new and ongoing projects. Hands on Average of 40 hours available Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
This position interacts daily with owner, office staff, electricians, gas fitters, technicians, customers, prospects and vendors and reports to the office manager and the owner.
