Duties:
- Contact members to collect on overdue payments and update the billing method. Answer the phone when members call in about issues with their accounts.
- Utilize the gym software to check members account
- Negotiate payment arrangements with members
- Note accounts of information received from members and note the conversations from
the member
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately read members account

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
