Job Title: Office Supervisor
Location: [Your Location]
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Rotational)
Reports To: Facility Manager / Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the co-working space including front-desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
- Monitor cleanliness, internet connectivity, lighting, air-conditioning, and other utilities.
- Handle client issues, complaints, and requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, AMC support, and supplies.
- Maintain records of attendance, shift logs, and incident reports.
- Ensure all office SOPs are followed and maintain a professional environment.
- Assist with onboarding of new clients and space allocation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate with minimum 2 years of supervisory or admin experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of networking and internet issues is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational or extended shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
