- Reception cover at corporate office and occasionally in Silverdale office when required
- Processing supplier invoices and statements, purchase orders and subcontractor payment claims
- Setting up new vendors, credit applications, updating purchase orders and maintaining data integrity in JDE
- Obtaining required approvals from the project teams for costs incurred
- Best practice accounts receivable, sales and credit control followed, including tax requirements
- Accurate data entry of sales invoices, internal and external
- Credit note processing and ensuring appropriate best practice followed
- Invoice runs
- Maintaining customer database, including new customer setup
- Customer credit applications and customer betting including credit references
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks in support of wider commercial and project teams when required
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong data entry skills, and the ability to adapt to new systems (previous experience with JDE will be highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Self-motivation to work under minimal supervision and work with the team
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines as required
