Can you commit to delivering fantastic customer experiences, with retailers nationwide? We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and proactive Retail Sales Specialist who has a passion and flair for wellbeing and sales. This role will support our brand in a national sales strategy through retail pharmacy and healthcare outlets.

As an experienced Retail Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our existing and future customers, helping them to discover the benefits of Ogam Aromatherapy. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, while collaborating with our Managing Director to build a strong regional sales profile and pipeline.

You will have a passion and understanding for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily, so that you can create an exceptional and inviting customer experience for every sales outlet you visit and buyer you meet.

Retail experience within a beauty or wellness environment a bonus. Regional Areas include: Munster/Connaught + Leinster/Ulster.

In this role you will:

  • Prospect and engage current and potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Build a deep understanding of Ogam’s products, customer segments, and value propositions
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and assets content for our customers
  • Provide the highest standard of Ogam Aromatherapy Customer Experience at all times, while visiting stores in your territory to implement sales targets
  • Drive forward sales and company objectives while imparting product knowledge to retail sales teams
  • Assist our operational team with effective record keeping and communication on sales
  • Proactively contribute to the sales pipeline with effective, responsive and positive feedback.
  • Work on initiative and be proud to engage in the sales dialogue between HO and Retail
  • Maintain company standards at all times
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld in stores
  • Introduce new and exciting changes to our retail face forward rebrand for 2026 and beyond

Accountabilities Include:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead regional sales strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Own quarterly and annual planning cycles for sales and brand initiatives.
  • Plan daily & weekly tasks to coincide with team support for sales access

Performance & Insights

  • Own sales KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with HO team to drive sales traffic and conversion.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Foster growth and ensuring high performance.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, PR, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including lead buyers for high performing sales chains.
  • Represent the brand in external forums, trade shows, or industry events.

Requirements

  • A love of customer service and to be able to translate this to inspire your colleagues
  • Self motivator and be able to maintain impeccable standards on the street
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to transform the sales ebb and flow into a positive outcome
  • Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect
  • Confidence in the use of MS Office, Excel and Teams
