You can look forward to the following tasks;
- Supervision and analysis of a photovoltaic system park via remote monitoring system
- Collection and management of alarms from the control room / SCADA
- Define and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies
- Management of interventions to restore the plants.
- Technical analysis of problems on the PV plants and identify potential solutions
- Planning, scheduling, and controlling of preventive maintenance
- On-site inspections and on-site supervision of major maintenance works
- Support in the management of plant improvement / revamping projects
- Reporting
- Preparation of economic offers
- Communications with customers
- Availability to work during weekend
- Support to the relevant other company functions (legal, finance, treasury etc.)
- Reviews safety and environmental documentation on site
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of O&M personnel
- Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
- Select, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors
- Identify and implement process improvements
Your energy is required
- Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy-related fields
- Additional certifications in photovoltaic systems, safety (e.g. PES/PAV), or maintenance are considered a plus
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of photovoltaic plants
- Proven experience in team coordination or management
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems, inverters, MV/LV substations, and monitoring platforms
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Knowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, including outdoor and remote locations
- Knowledge of digital tools for reporting and data collection (e.g. mobile apps, Excel, CMMS platforms)
