Main Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking EPM System Analyst to join our team, with a key focus on the implementation and ongoing optimization of our OneStream platform. This role is not just about routine system administration; we seek someone who can transform ideas and concepts into impactful reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvements, supporting future platform developments, and translating reporting needs into tangible products. Alongside troubleshooting and user support, you'll be fostering an environment of continuous innovation to meet our evolving reporting requirements.A role dedicated to maintaining the OneStream EPM system, ensuring its efficient operation, and supporting its continuous development to meet organizational needs.

1. Financial reporting
2. Management reporting
3. Country and regional reporting
4. Overhead Budget & Forecasting reporting
5. Overhead cost allocation
6. Tax accounting and reporting
7. Pillar 2 tax reporting
8. Future: CRSD/ESG Reporting
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
- Functional EPM (OneStream Platform)
- Accounting
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in OneStream platform administration.
- Strong understanding of EPM concepts and financial reporting.
- Experience with system integration and data management.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including databases, servers, and networks.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET, VBScript, SQL) for customizations using available functions.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience in conducting user training and creating documentation.
Management Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in EPM system implementation or administration, preferably OneStream.
Personal skills:
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Attributes:
- Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e. Plan, Design, Build, Test and Deploy, preferably involving implementation of Enabling technology, tools, and Software applications.
- Experience in Management and Financial reporting, performance management, disclosure management, XBRL reporting, last mile reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Workiva, etc.)
- Experience with ESG reporting.
- Knowledge of other EPM systems with multidimensional databases (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC).
Key Responsibilities
Participate and Learn from Co-Building the application
- Support and optimize the OneStream platform together with implementation partner and business.
- Understand Product configurations, solution design, flows, integrations.
- Implement best practices for system configuration and usage.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Stay updated with OneStream roadmap, updates, patches, and new features.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and new functionalities.
- Maintain a prioritized change request log of finance system roadmap and communicate backlogs and schedules to stakeholders.
Reporting Requirements and Future Developments:
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements into OneStream product specifications.
- Design and develop custom reports, new rules, dashboards and financial models.
- Support the integration of ESG reporting (financial and non-financial data).
System Administration:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the OneStream platform (dimensions,metadata).
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions and ensure compliance with security access controls
- Support implementation and IT Audit on system maintenance activities like system logs, user activity reports, roles changes.
User Support:
- Provide first-line support to end-users across global organization, addressing any functional system-related queries.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and develop user guides and documentation of system processes, reports, and system functionality.
- Assist users in creating and modifying reports and dashboards.
