As an Online Assistant, you will manage and optimize our digital operations, including online orders, customer interactions, and social media platforms. Your role is key to ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers and supporting the restaurant's growth in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage online orders through various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media, email, and other digital channels.
Update and maintain online menus, promotions, and restaurant information across platforms.
Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Monitor online reviews and ratings, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Analyze online performance metrics and provide reports to management.
Provide technical support for online ordering systems and troubleshoot issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role, such as online operations, customer service, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in using online ordering platforms and social media tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the restaurant or food service industry is a plus.
Familiarity with basic graphic design or photo editing tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,544.14 - $3,531.32 per month
