Key responsibilities for Online bidder/BDE - (Target Based)

* Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.

* Identify relevant projects and craft persuasive proposals.

* Communicate with international clients

* Understand client requirements and work with internal team.

* Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into long-term clients.

* Meet monthly targets for proposals, conversions, and revenue.

* Prepare daily/weekly reports on bidding activities and outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
