Job Title: Chat Support Executive (D2C E-commerce)
Role Overview:
We’re a growing D2C mobile accessories brand looking for a Chat Support Executive to handle daily customer conversations across website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels. Your role is to respond quickly, guide customers, and ensure smooth order support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer chats on website, WhatsApp, Instagram and marketplaces
- Assist customers with product selection (especially iPhone accessories, cases, chargers, etc.)
- Share product links, images, and offers to help close orders
- Check order status, shipping updates, COD confirmation, and delivery issues
- Handle return, replacement and basic complaint queries
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations for dispatch or order issues
- Maintain chat records and update sheets/CRM
- Share common customer feedback with team (quality, delivery, demand)
Requirements:
- Good typing speed and clear communication (English + Hindi required)
- Basic e-commerce understanding (orders, COD, tracking, returns)
- Ability to manage multiple chats at the same time
- Polite, patient and solution-oriented approach
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce support preferred
Working Details:
- Full-time role (work from office)
- Fast response time expected during working hours
- Experience in mobile accessories or similar category is a plus
- Immediate joiner preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
