As an Online Order Administrator, you will be responsible for managing online orders with precision and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes processing orders through our platform, coordinating production via our local supply network.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage online orders accurately through the platform.
Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.
Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers or Account Managers.
Send customer invoices promptly and approve supplier invoices, ensuring any issues are communicated to the Accounts Team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour
