Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking OOSH Assistants to join our well-established service at Waratah and Lambton. These opportunities will be offered on a permanent part-time basis, working across our before and after school programs and vacation care programs.

You must be available to work afternoon shifts at least twice a week.

As an OOSH Assistant, you are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality childhood education and care to children.

Desired Skills and Experience

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

  • A fun, professional, positive, and reliable demeanour
  • The ability to collaborate as an active member of the St Nicholas OOSH team
  • Be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and your team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working with Children Check verification number
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Child protection qualification (Desirable)
