Incure Business Solutions is looking for a motivated Administration & Operations Internto support daily business operations and administrative activities. The internship offers hands-on exposure to HR processes, operational workflow management, financial documentation, reporting systems, and business support functions.
Interns will gain practical experience in modern workplace tools, documentation standards, and operational processes that support organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SOP drafting and workflow documentationfor internal business processes.
- Support administrative coordination and operational activitiesacross departments.
- Maintain business documentation, records, and reporting structures.
- Assist in vendor coordination and operational communication.
- Support HR documentation, onboarding coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Help with interview coordination and candidate assessment processes.
- Assist with payroll-related documentation and compliance reporting basics.
- Work with ERP/HRIS systemsfor operational data management.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Support client communication, lead tracking, and proposal documentation.
- Assist in cost monitoring and basic financial reporting support.
Learning & Training Exposure
During the internship, candidates will receive structured exposure to:
- HR & Talent Management:Payroll basics, HR documentation, ATS systems, onboarding processes.
- Operations & Administration:SOP creation, workflow mapping, ERP system exposure, vendor coordination.
- Commerce & Finance Support:GST billing basics, payroll compliance reporting, budget tracking.
- Sales & Client Management:CRM systems, lead tracking, proposal documentation, client communication.
- Analytics & Technology:Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, business intelligence basics, AI in business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and business documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Interest in operations management, HR processes, and business analytics.
