The Role: Head of Operations & Facilities

Are you someone who loves to solve problems before they become problems? We’re looking for a practical thinker and doer – someone who thrives on streamlining systems, optimising resources, and keeping things running like clockwork behind the scenes.

This isn’t just an office management role – it’s a pivotal leadership position focused on scaling our operations smartly and sustainably. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, fine-tune internal processes, and create an environment where our team can do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of office and facilities operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and inspiring work environment.
  • Managing vendor relationships – negotiating great deals, streamlining supplier costs, and making sure we’re getting the best value.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce overheads and maximise resources.
  • Designing and implementing systems and processes that support scale, clarity, and efficiency across the business.
  • Coordinating internal logistics – from major event builds to the small stuff that keeps a team ticking.
  • Acting as a go-to person for problem-solving – proactively tackling issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborating with leadership to align operations with big-picture goals.
  • Championing a culture of organisation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics, or facilities management.
  • A naturally solutions-focused mindset – you’re resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • A proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and processes with efficiency and confidence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you know how to get buy-in and bring people with you.
  • Experience in creative, events, or fast-paced environments is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and driving change.
