Operations And Fulfillment Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fulfillment Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient processing of orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, supply chain logistics, and distribution center operations. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of service and efficiency while managing a team of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Packing orders
• Leading packaging team & helping packaging when necessary
• Creating warehouse labels for packaging team
• Tracking production on track and trace system and maintaining compliance in all production aspects
• Ordering packaging and labels and completing warehouse receive duties
• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels in ordering portal & adding new batches of completed and tested products
• Conducting weekly inventory counts of finished goods
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems to optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
• Coordinate transportation management systems to ensure efficient delivery schedules
• Maintain effective communication with other departments to align fulfillment operations with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor in a distribution center environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
