Industries Paulymark Inc., a leader in paperboard distribution, converting, and specialty packaging solutions, is seeking a results-driven Operations and Sales Manager to lead our commercial and operational strategy.

We’re seeking a bilingual leader with strong experience in the paperboard or packaging sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Paulymark is associated with Hammond Paper Company, which acquired Paulymark in July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate activities related to production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products
• Develop sales and operating targets and budgets for top and bottom-line growth
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive commercial performance across departments
• Manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in Canada and the U.S.
• Ensure operational excellence across production, logistics, and customer service
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic goals and performance management
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction

· Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations or sales leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the paperboard, packaging, or converting industry (required or strong asset)
• Bilingual (English/French) – fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both languages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal direction
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities

Pay: $50,000.00-$115,448.93 per year
