OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (Part-Time Role)
The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting Elly's day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth flow of products.
Key day-to-day accountabilities include:
- Assisting with the upcoming office move
- Picking and Packing Ecommerce Orders
- Manage Elly store top ups weekly
- Receiving and processing of new stock as and when delivered
- Price-tag new stock regularly
- Carry out regular stock takes
- Pays particular attention to detail and is meticulous in her work
- Loves gift wrapping
- KPIs include: Quick, efficient and accurate management of inventory, delivery and receiving
Requirements
- Able to start immediately
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
- Working hours: two days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday OR Wednesday and Friday with 1 hour lunch break
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
