Job Description:

Job Duties

• Coordinating physical submission to ICA before leaving the FTZ into customs territories.

• Endorsing Consolidated Import Declaration for Bulk Clearance (CIDBC), permit compliances and working closely with ICA, Singapore Customs, and its alliances on compliance requirements.

• Scanning of all CIDBC documentations into system for record keeping

• Drive a van with inspection package from UPS Hub to Custom's checkpoint for inspection.

• Unload the package to X-Ray machine

• Load back the packages to Van

• Drive the packages to UPS delivery center.

• Sending update via email communication to border clearance team

• Negotiating NODs issues and ensure closure with timeliness.

• Retrieving invoices from shipment held up at HUB under “No Fax Doc” for custom clearance

• Assist with sorting or movement of cartons within the facility as instructed by Management

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related fields

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driver license

• Display good verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

• Prior 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in the Express logistics industry will be a plus

• Physically fit as some lifting and unloading of packages between van and x-ray machine required

• Willing to work day shift (early morning) and 5.5 days/week
